You’ll learn the basics of the golf swing and how to putt over a six week program, while also getting your whole body moving through conditioning and movement exercises, including yoga and pilates.
You’ll be surrounded by like-minded people and receive constant support throughout each 75-minute session. ( Six x 75 minute classes) $150 paid when you register.
