SCGS Junior Golf Program

Being a 'naturally sporty' child isn't a necessity to enjoy golf and the SCGS Junior Program is designed to improve skill level and confidence, while of course having heaps of fun!

Golf is great exercise and a very disciplined sport which teaches honesty, respect and good manners, which hopefully continues into our every-day life.

We teach the children:

Swing technique
Chipping
Bunkers
Putting
Golf course etiquette
Basic understanding of golf rules.

SCGS's Junior Golf Programs have three PGA Pump Golf Centres located at Bega, Eden and Tathra.

We also encourage all junior golfers to become members of the Jack Newton Junior Golf, especially as it's free.

We encourage all our juniors to partipate in the Junior Golf events scheduled throughout the year. Dates will be posted on our website as soon as they become available.
